Contemporary Sophisticated

A new furniture interior design, from planning to staging an approved vision. We proposed an interior design that allows the client to live comfortably in his second home, emphasizing social gatherings. Understanding the client's vision is the foundation for designing a space that will meet his needs.  A holistic interior design approach will focus on the client's well-being and the connection to the space. The trendy shapes, the masculine color palette, the sophisticated finish materials, the furnishings, and the accessories curated the lifestyle for this client. SILVER VASE 

Industrial and Modern

Silver Vase. Homestead, Florida. #1 Orchid nursery in the nation. I fell in love with this project from the moment I realized nature would be my muse. Orchids and plants. My goal was to offer employees an outstanding view that would let them appreciate the beauty around them and feel comfortable yet energized to work. Understanding the principles of biophilia and human behavior was essential to this project. Connect the interior offices to the exterior greenhouse space with large glass windows and doors. The industrial look emerged once I saw the steel ceiling beams. You will find renderings first, and then the final project reveals.

SPANISH STYLE RESIDENCE

The old & the new

My objective was to create a chic, luxurious, and livable sanctuary with the traditional Spanish flair. So, how do you marry old Spanish-style architecture with contemporary lifestyle and furnishings? Traditional elements should be applied to the new custom furniture to revive the Spanish theme, with the saltillo tiled floor, wood furniture, and iron on the stairs blending perfectly with the faux fireplace. New hand-painted Spanish tiles were repeated on the stairs and outdoors.

My goal was to combine my expertise in interior design and staging. The apartment was going to be on the market for sale. I took advantage of the opportunity to add new pieces that the couple was bringing to the new home. The lifestyle in the Brickell area invites a contemporary, sleek style.

THE PALERMO RESIDENCE

Something old, something new and something borrowed! & they lived happily ever after...

At this upscale traditional home, we created a soft, romantic environment where all guests feel welcome and at home. The wonderful mix of lines and curves is now layered into this space’s architecture and furnishings. A result is a place of balance and beauty, in harmony with its surroundings. This was a wonderful Interior Design project where the couple moved in their own furnishings. We added some new ones to create a traditional contemporary look that is casual, sophisticated, and livable within the Spanish flair. Contemporary Office

Transform a residence into a Contemporary Office space. The office is located on the canal, so a beach theme inspired the group of tech employees. Create an informal environment where they can relax during breaks during the working day.
