I will be rearranging existing furniture and accessories, and adding some of our own if need it, I create a look and layout that appeals to a broad range of buyers. I will work with your furniture if there is potential rather than trying to up-sale furniture and accessories. Look at our portfolio to see before and after. I will bring out the best of a property transforming it to its highest potential. I will help buyers visualize  themselves living there, removing any distractions that ultimately take away from a crucial first impression.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF STAGING FOR AN OCCUPIED PROPERTY?

I START WITH A CONSULTATION TO GATHER INFORMATION AND I WILL PROVIDE A REPORT.

First, I will make an analysis of your property and its first impressions in order for me to be able to provide a full written report where you will decide to do the Staging on your own or to hire me!

Yes! I charge for this consultation because I will offer a professional advice and valuable ideas instead of having a quick nice rapport to see if you are the candidate to up-sale you on furniture and services. 

THEN, my main goal is to use most of what the client owns to make most out of the space. LATER, make only necessary purchases that serve as investments while being gently with your wallet. I will also suggest any cosmetic changes that will make an important return on investment. LAST, I will plan and coordinate the Staging day to make sure your potential buyers can picture themselves at the property. Consultation fee depends on the square footage of the property and the time that will take us to tour the property to make all the notes to be able to offer a proposal for a Staging day along with a full written report. Due to COVID19 you can schedule a remote consultation via ZOOM or FACETIME.

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL STAGING?

Virtual staging is the process of adding space planning, furniture and decor to an empty home with a Render. There are great rendering softwares that provide a vision just like a picture. BUT, high quality renders can be pricy. Make sure you know the quality of renders that you will pay for. The furniture should be added by a professional stager or interior designer to cast a vision for the future real estate purchase, and gives the viewer a deep connection and vision for the future of the property.
